Since all items are digital and delivered instantly, traditional product returns do not apply.
However, we offer refunds, replacements, or store credits in specific cases to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.

Any issue related to delivery or activation must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after this time frame may not qualify for review or resolution.

Guarantee Period

A 7-day resolution guarantee is provided from the date of purchase.
If a valid issue is reported within this period, customers may be eligible for:

• Store credit for future purchases

Replacement or Store Credit

• The key has been successfully activated.
• The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• The 7-day guarantee period has expired.
• The issue occurs due to user error (wrong version, incompatible device, incorrect installation).
• The buyer changes their mind after receiving the key.
